Belleair is one of the Tampa Bay areas oldest and most prestigious communities located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Initially chartered in 1950, the city of Belleair is an upscale residential community consisting of Belleair Bluffs, Belleair Beach and the Belleair Country Club – called Florida's first country club. Belleair enjoys the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere that waterfront living provides, while also offering fine restaurants and high-end shopping.
